This is a short, silly post, but it really did happen!
I get up at 6am (sometimes earlier) to go running or work out. I run five days a week and have two rest days where I do other activities. Lately, I’ve been really tired and have had to mentally argue with myself to get moving. This morning, I was in bizarro world… I got up with no problems, got out the door 10 minutes early, and didn’t think about how difficult running was… WHO AM I? What’s going on here?
Despite my overwhelming desire to sleep in (I’ll do that after the half marathon is over), here is one of the many benefits of getting up early:
