I’m following a newbie training plan for a half marathon. The half is in October and I’m starting to slowly build on miles to my early morning runs. On Saturday, I ran three miles. On Sunday, I ran five miles. While that might not be a lot yet, it felt like it was. In a good way – I felt accomplished sort of.

Luckily, I made it through. And, I have another five-mile run tomorrow. Hopefully, my inner dialog will be more positive. And, maybe more entertaining – Don’t worry, I won’t be posting it. 🙂 I am glad I’ve hit this milestone… I am starting to feel better about myself and my stamina. I earned some pizza!
